Hebrews 11:1

1Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.

How profound this scripture is! Never have I seen 'faith' broken down in such simple terms and yet, so eloquently explained. God gives favor to his faithful followers. There are times though that He does not bless or show favor. These are times when we are seeking something outside of His plan or simply, He has something greater coming.

Take heart, when God does not bless you the way you expected, practice faith for He has a plan and he will show us all that His plan is always better. It may not seem that way at first, however, having faith in Him will bring you to a place that is ever-lasting and true as it is from God.

Lord, forgive me for sometimes having expectations on my worldly outcomes. I know that you hold all of the plans for me and in those plans there is perfection. Lord God, I trust you to show me your way, to guide me in my daily decisions. I give it all up to you, to honor you. I love you Father and remain faithful to you.
